I have an LG and model is lgl34c and I cannot get it to go into the bootloader so that I can do a data wipe on it I've tried everything holding the volume down button on the volume up button with the power button trying hol I've tried everything holding the volume down button and the volume up button with the power button trying to hold everything will not reset can you please help thank you
