LG Premier Straighttalk L62VL - Invalid SIM card

I got an LG Premier Straighttalk L62VL on July 10, 2016. Today, September 4, 2016, it's giving me an "INVALID SIM CARD" message and I cannot use my phone.

And it looks like I'm not the only one with an issue: viewtopic.php?f=6796&t=1274950

I need to speak with someone who can fix the problem.

Same thing with mine...again. The first time they sent a replacement sim. Then a replacement phone which I received yesterday. Now today its reading invalid sim again. Please helo. :twisted:

I am having the same issue with my LG Premier. It said invalid sim card and they sent me a new one a week ago. Again, it's saying invalid sim card. This issue needs to be addressed immediately and I do not want you to send me the same problematic phone, I want a Samsung Galaxy since I've lost enough business over this ridiculous mess. Time is MONEY. :x

I have had nothing but problems with this phone, I wanted to have an upgrade from a phone I purchased for 30$ a year ago. When I bought this phone it lasted for about 6 hours, until I got the lovely Invalid Sim Card. I returned it to where i got it from for another phone of the same model. This purchase was at walmart, the second phone I got last 2 days was really loving the phone upgrade. The phone I had before felt so ancient compared to this one, so I was pretty thrilled for the 2 days it worked. That second day tho I go to pick up the phone to look at the time and my eye balls are blasted by the Invalid Sim card Once again. I returned the phone again to get another phone. This time I contacted tech support, I said I was hesitant to even try anymore and just wanted to quit the service. The tech support told me they will replace the phone with a newer model if the sim card did not work. I went 2 additional days without a phone. I stressed the fact that I'm a disabled veteran and I am prone to suicidal thoughts and my phone is a life line to me when negative thoughts occur I need to reach out immediately. Fortunately no such even occurred, but the possibility is very real. Anyone who is having problems with this phone I am begging you save yourself the trouble and stare clear of this phone just get a different one or change providers all together unless this compnay can provide me some incentive to come back I never will they cause more of a heart ache than anything. Please beware this phone is a hassle, if you havent suffered this problem im amazed. Because I had this issue 3 times with 3 different phones (sim cards included), been lied to by the company. Im amazed that i even got a refund for the time I just bought and was never allowed to use. Im not sure why I was so unfortunate to have this experience but before I tried upgrading straight talk has been great. Im done with that dinosaur phone tho Im looking to upgrade and its sad that saying switching companies would also be part of the upgrade at this point.
