My Galaxy Proclaim browser quit. It says the network is not available. I know it is but I don't know what to do to correct the problem. Please help I need my programs synchronized and can't do it without the internet.

I am having the same problem and cannot understand why a general solution is posted. I just bought a Samsung Galaxy Proclaim, upgraded to the $45 everything plan, and cannot connect to the Internet through my phone. It seems to want to connect through a WiFi network, and I don't have one. I want to connect through the phone, like it did with my last phone.
