Hello. I recently bought an AT&T HTC one X from a friend. I purchased one of your sim cards and a month of service, and went through the whole activation process and had the porting process for my number started. But, whenever i put your sim card into my phone, I get a message that says "Sim not provisioned mm#2". Every time i have tried to call customer service, i am not put through, and I have not gotten a reply to me email from customer service either.
