Two nights ago my galaxy proclaim stopped making or receiving calls. It's mobile data also does not work. I can somehow still receive and send text messages. I just bought a new unlimited plan that expires on the 29th of october.
When I try to make a call I get an error message from verizon stating that my call could not be processed and that I should power off/on and try again - then if that doesnt work dial #8899. I have called Straight Talk customer service and have reprogrammed my phone multiple times/did everything they told me to do with no success. This is a major inconvenience and if anyone could help that would be great. Thanks
