I have had the same issue for a couple of days now where my phone "has no service" or "searching for netwok connection".... I am pretty upset actually because I am in college for Computer-Science, and my "smart"phone is my life-line! Is Straight Talk going to consider anyone that has had this inconvieniance (or nightmare in my case) being treated as if us millions of customers would be by a normal carrier?!? I need help so bad! And I shouldnt! I know it is not anyone here that had this happen to all of us, and I sincerely apologize if I come off as "pointing the finger at you"... I just told myself that IF I EVER RECEIVED proper assisstance FINALLY, I would say what so many other want to so desperately. That said, how does this happen? Or what can I do to fix it? Anyone, PLEASE help me!
