I am having the same problem. My wife and I purchased Proclaims about a month ago and thus far have been satisfied with the service and reception, however we went travelling this weekend and on the way home my phone's battery ran out of juice. Upon arriving home I plugged it in to recharge and turned it back on and found that I could get no more than 2 signal bars, and my 3g would not connect. The problem cannot be my location as my wife is in the same room with the same model of phone, and is getting full bars and all the 3g she can eat. After spending some time on the phone with customer service, removing and replacing the battery and multiple calls to *22980, the phone remained in the same situation and I was instructed to wait 24 hours to call back if the problem didn't right itself. Is there anything else I can POSSIBLY do to get this phone back to working condition? And what will be done if this isn't corrected in 24 hours?
