Samsung Galaxy Precedent.......I tried submitting all my info to "support" via email.....but that just got me a phone call, where they told me I had to be talking to them from another line, which I don't have over the weekend.
C'mon.....my plan "reset" day is Monday. I don't know if I need to drop the service or what. Anyone else unable to receive texts? Funny how it happened exactly on June 1. Seems funny. I've tried going into settings and selecting "update" for everything that has to do with my phone. That didn't seem to help anything, as I'm still not receiving texts.
Any help? Or just switch carriers?
