I have purchased a new phone to replace a phone that had to be hard reset every week. Now this phone will not sync contacts even when it said it has sync'd. I now don't have service on my phone to call support. I am not able to get a signal inside (Used to have 3 bars), Unable to get signal outside (Use to be 4 bars), and I am not even able to get service standing on my roof where I can see towers all around me.

I live in Milan, KS. This is not the issue. It should have service here according to your map and Verizon Wireless's map. I have a CDMA-V phone.
