Reset voice mail password

I bought a Samsung Galaxy S4 phone in November 2014. At that time I set up my voice mail and for some reason I forgot my password for my voice mail. Needless to say when I tried to access my voicemail I was locked out. Would someone kindly explain in simple English how I can reset my password so I can start using my voice mail? This way I won't have to keep telling everyone to not leave a voicemail as I can't get to it.

Hello,
It is now Monday, September 14th and I just read your reply that we would have to take this issue up offline? When, how and where would we do this? I really would like to get my voice mail password reset so I don't have to tell people not to leave voicemail but leave a text. I'll be honest with you in that I'm not really a big fan of texting. So please help me ASAP.

I also have a Samsung galaxy s4 and I too have forgotten my voicemail password. Is it possible to have the voicemail reset?
