When I try to make a call, even to my voicemail, I get a recording saying “Welcome to Verizon Wireless please hold while your call is transferred to an external operator where you will be able to pay for your call using a credit card…”

I’ve rebooted my phone and still get the service announcement.

Please let me know how to fix this.

Next time you buy a service card, use this straighttalk website in the refill section to activate it ( https://www.straighttalk.com/wps/portal ... cPG-J/?s=y ). Sometimes if you do it from your phone, things tend to get freaky and not work right.
