The 3G on my Motorola Defy is not working, I called customer service this morning, and did some kind of phone update and then a factory reset and its still not working, it only works on wifi. I need some help.

Hi, I'm having the same issue. I tried the factory reset(both ways) and still can't get my 3g back. I can connect fine through WiFi and all my other services are working just fine. I just want my 3g back so I can use my bus app and my schedule app for work. Please help (note: I am a new user and I don't have any other issues so I don't see any reason to post 5 times to get a response. If need be you can contact me through email. Thank you)

Same problem here, Have done everything to fix it by calling straight talks non customer service, to factory resetting the phone, nothing helps. IS it my phone or just the crappy sprint network that it uses
Getting to the point of leaving straight talk and going to boost or some other pre paid service

Both my husband and I have straight talk and love it. We recently moved into a new house and now our reception doesn't work in our house. The phones work like a charm everywhere else except in our house. We've tried the *22890 and that doesn't work... My mother in law has Verizon and that works great. We don't want to give up straight talk but it might have to happen if we can't get them to work... ideas??
