ST customer service

I am beginning to think that even AT&T had better customer service than ST. And AT&T customer service was terrible. I hate to switch back and have another 2 yr contract, but I will probably be doing just that in about another 20 days or so. I work on a telephone switch for a living, and we would lose our contracts if we provided the same level of service people seem to get here. I understand their reasoning for taking the reply offline, but you should be able to reply to a PM immediately at that point!

I have a LG Optimus Zip and for the last two day it has been searching for service. I have never had the problem prior to 10/24/13. I called tech support and went through several trouble shoots including factory reset. My phone off of a sprint tower. I was told that their tower was down yesterday, but when I called last night it was back up. The only options they game me to correct the issue was to send the phone in and get a new one or to change my phone number. I didn't even think changing my phone number was a solution...seemed like she was scrambling for things to try. Changing my number however is not an option. Is there anything that you might be able to suggest to correct this issue without sending it in and getting a new phone?

I'm having issues with my moto e. I've had it two weeks. When I make a phone call I can't hear the other person and they can't hear me either unless I have it on speaker phone. Plz help me.

My moto e has a black screen. It still rings but I can't answer nor see who is calling
