white screen and no service

white screen and no service

okay, so I have the motorola W418 and for the past few days my screen has been going white. I shut the phone off and turn it back on then would work fine. Today however the phone went completley white and will not turn back on. Also have added my 30mb card a few days ago and phone says I have no more service days left. Can anyone help please :?:

OF COURSE OFFLINE, AND THEN GET ANOTHER PERSON TO SAY THE SAME THING HOURS LATER, ONLY FOR IT TO ALL BE FOR NOT! UGH!!!!!!!!! IVE BEEN SOOOOOO DEDICATED TO THIS PROVIDER SINCE I WAS ABLE, AND THIS IS HOW THEY HANDLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!?! DONT BOTHER CALLING THEM EITHER! SO DISAPPOINTED, ECSPECIALLY SINCE I HAVE HAD AT LEAST 15 FRIENDS DROP US CELLULAR TO COME HERE!!!! WOW!:(

for a week now i have had a white screen and i have tried everything i could think of to try and fix it. i even took the battery out for 24 hours but that didn't help either. I haven't even had the phone for a year and its the first straight talk phone ive had. its really making me mad i just put minutes on it this month and i cant even use the phone!!!! What can i do to fix it?
