So I just attempted to reactivate my Motorola xt555c and after entering the ## code I keep getting the error code ffffffff. I talked with someone online already and tried all the little tricks. Nothing has worked. I cannot make phone calls to discuss this offline unfortunately. Is there any way to fix this outside of making a call? Some input would be greatly appreciated. PM me.
