Yeah, so I went to the link and they told me to perform a factory reset on the phone. So against my better judgement I performed this task and survey says.......didn't help. Some of the text I send still take 10 mins for the recipient to receive them. So that solved nothing. But while I was chatting with the ST person, I asked if I had an iPhone with ST, and someone else had an iPhone with say Sprint.....could we instant message? The answer I got was no, ST doesn't have that feature. Now, I assumed that would be a feature that apple has on the phone, so in theory if you had service, you should be able to instant message. Help me out here ST, is my service bad because we use other companies towers and when it comes down to a Verizon text going through on a Verizon tower and my ST text going through on the same Verizon tower, mine will take longer? I am not mad about any of this, just trying to figure out if the phone needs replaced or if I am going to have to deal with the slow texting. Probably not going to leave either way, as the extra $70 per month is nice in my pocket.
