Junk! Tried to activate online, phone would not activate. Called the 800 number, all that does is give you the *same* instructions that were included with the phone. This thing continues to fail to activate - 3 bars of service but no luck. Guess this things going back to the store and I'll get a Verizon prepaid instead.
