Moto X Pure Edition

Has anyone gotten Moto X Pure Edition 2015 to work with Straight Talk on Verizon towers? I've been researching this question online for a couple weeks and have seen that people are having trouble with VZW. ST customer support is NO help. Say they need Serial# of phone to see if it works. I'm not spending $400 on a phone that may NOT work and I doubt they would either! Seriously, I would expect ST to know the answer to this question by now.
