Mnooto x 2013 and lolipop

I used my moto x 2013 on Straight Talk until last September when I deactivated the phone and transfered the number to a different BYOP on Straight Talk. I now have upgraded the Moto x 2013 to lolipop but I am unable to get it to connect to straight talk (it uses verizon towers). My account shows that its activated, but no good via the phone.

it seems even worse now. you seem to be trying to give me another number! no cellular data no phone.
