I have a Motorola 418 with a white screen of Death. This has been asked here several times before with help only available in PM.

Straight Talk responded within a few minutes and we Private Chated about the issue. Basically they had me pull the battery, put it back in and attempt to restart. I told them I had already done that and that I had also tuned off, pulled battery, pulled sim card, replaced battery, restarted. Replaced sim card and restarted with no joy, and they said you need a new phone. Since then I have found the if I partially open the phone, and turn on, the phone boots up and then it has function, but only if partially closed. That indicates to me that it is disconnecting the display and button functions, by being worn to the point the hinge is over extending. Long story short. Pull battery replace. Then pull sim card, start, reinstall sim card, restart. If that doesn't work try turning it on and talking on it with it partially open. Either way order a new phone.
