I recently broke my phone screen and need the MEID number to transfer my service to another phone but cant into my settings to get to the number needed. Any advice?

Hi Russell23! My name is Straight Talk Yvonne. The serial number can be found at the back of the phone, under the battery. You can also find it in the red activation card that came with it. If the phone is an Android device, look for the serial number in Settings> About Phone. Should you need further assistance locating it, please check your Forum inbox for the message that I sent you.
