Motorola Droid X2 won't activate

Motorola Droid X2 won't activate

Postby hannahellsworth » Wed Mar 19, 2014 11:45 pm

I have purchased the activation kit for the Bring your own phone option and I set my phone up online. At first it was taking a long time but then I factory-reset it and I was prompted to activate my phone. It didn't take long and I had my phone working. Half an hour later and I couldn't use my phone at all. I have been trying to activate my phone and I even factory-reset it again but nothing..

I am having a similar issue when I tried to change my phone number. Prior to changing my phone worked great now I cannot even get it to program!

I have went back and forth between tech support and everytime I stay on the line with them for more than 30 mins they hang up!

My number has been changed according to the website but after I dial *22890 I get the error " we are unable to program your phone, please call again later"! Getting super frustrated since I now have no way to call unless I am at work. Please help!

I chatted with tech for about 30 mins then they gave up and told me to call in. As explained before the phone techs also work for 30 mins then hung up on me. Please do something different to troubleshoot this!
