My signal fluctuates between little to none when i stand still in my house. One moment I can send a text the next I can not. I have only gotten it To make a phone call once and the other end could hardly hear me. I need to know if this is due to my phone or bad signal area or What. I just purchesed this plan and sim and need a solution asap.

I'm having the same problem. I already called customer service and was told to just turn it off and on every now and then. That does nothing. I've taken the battery out. I've done everything I could and everything I've been told and nothing has helped. I had service on the other straighttalk phone I had merely last week and I haven't moved or anything. I'm very confused as to why this is happening.

same issue here no signal my calls keep dropping and slow internet keep getting error code 6305 when update prl and profile
