This post seems identical to my current issue. The phone I ported my number from became inactive, like it should. Called customer service about seven different times and made tiny amounts of progress each time. I'm now on my 10th day of trying to get my Verizon Droid x2 to work. My service has been verified to be up and running by straight talk. I even went to Verizon Wireless store to do a master reset on my phone as requested by customer service. I am officially out of options and look to be going into my 11th day of having no solution since I first got my $60 bring your own phone kit. I seriously need a straight talk rep to contact me in this forum.
