atrix 2 no data same as everyone else

atrix 2 does not have data after spending an hour on the phone with tech idiot who couldn't even read his screen right, i need answers , others have posted the same problem put are "helped offline" so what was the answer. no data using their apn settings please help

Could we possibly just post the work around for this issue since it appears to be affecting a wide audience??? MY husband and i just switched to Straight Talk from ATT and have no luck with the mobile web or sending picture messages. so obnoxious.
