I am no longer able to access my online account information from your online portal. I am correctly inputing my email address and password and still am not able to access your online portal. From your website I requested a new password. Once the password is received I attempt to access the web-portal again and still I am not able to access it. I have tried different web browsers also and still no avail.

I have called customer support atleast 4 time concerning this issue. I am told they have reset my account password and that an updated password would be sent to me within 24 hours. On each occasion I never receive an updated password initiated and changed by them.

Please do the following reset my account, reset my passwrd and resolve this techinical issue. I am attaching a screen shot of the error message.

I am having the same problem as DBurks101 above. I have always used the website to add my service cards. Now my login no longer works. I have requested the login and password with the same results. It is still the same password and login they just don't work anymore.

I have the same problem.

I couldn't get into my online account to pay my statement, which is what started all this four days ago.

I have sent several emails regarding this problem and spoken to Customer Service Twice and they told me to contact them again if what they proposed
didn't work.

It didn't work, and I've contacted them again with updates through email and they are now ignoring me.

My phone service was cut off last night at midnight, and no one is responding to my email messages,
so now I have no way to resolve this problem.

It seems I've been hung out to dry and left with no alternatives. Clearly, this isn't an isolated problem and I imagine
there are others having this problem as well.

I am having the same trouble as everyone else on this page. I have had customer service reset my password to no avail. It just will not let me in any longer. Please help me as it is easier for me to do this stuff online as to the phone.
