I have the same problem.
I couldn't get into my online account to pay my statement, which is what started all this four days ago.
I have sent several emails regarding this problem and spoken to Customer Service Twice and they told me to contact them again if what they proposed
It didn't work, and I've contacted them again with updates through email and they are now ignoring me.
My phone service was cut off last night at midnight, and no one is responding to my email messages,
so now I have no way to resolve this problem.
It seems I've been hung out to dry and left with no alternatives. Clearly, this isn't an isolated problem and I imagine
there are others having this problem as well.
