I am no longer able to access my online account information from your online portal. I am correctly inputing my email address and password and still am not able to access your online portal. From your website I requested a new password. Once the password is received I attempt to access the web-portal again and still I am not able to access it. I have tried different web browsers also and still no avail.
I have called customer support atleast 4 time concerning this issue. I am told they have reset my account password and that an updated password would be sent to me within 24 hours. On each occasion I never receive an updated password initiated and changed by them.
Please do the following reset my account, reset my passwrd and resolve this techinical issue. I am attaching a screen shot of the error message.
