Access Forbidden

Access Forbidden

I'm trying to use the browser with my BYOP and I'm receiving the "access forbidden message. Please help me with this issue. Thanks.

I get this occasionally as well when not on wifi. I end up having to reboot my 4s to get it to work again. Frustrating.
