I am having trouble renewing. This is my first time renewing. Yesterday I entered the pin from my $30 card I bought from Walmart, and the minutes were added to my reserve according to my phone. I was sent a message saying my new end date was on 8-29-12. Then I received a message that said to,“dial 438 from add airtime option to add reserve". I thought I had to do this to add the minutes so when I did the 30 days that was in my reserve disappeared and went back to my old end date and said I had 1 day of service left & my service end date is 7-31-12.
I tried calling customer service & all they told me was my end date is 8-29-12 and to keep dialing *22890 to update my phone. Now one day later & my phone says I have 0 days of service left & that my service ends 7-31-12. I also checked on the account online, and it sent my phone a message listing what minutes, text, and data I now have but it does not give me an end date & my actual phone still has not updated the service end date. I am confused. I don't want to lose service tomorrow when according to the end date on my phone my service will be up... or will it????? Was my card already added to my phone & if so why didn't my service end date change? Is it still in my reserve? Will my date update tomorrow? HELP!
