ST ON iPhone 3GS (Data & MMS not working)

I have an iPhone 3GS and just switched. Talk and text are working, but data and mms are not. I changed the APN settings and entered all info correctly. No luck. Apple is offering any help. Please help. I know for a fact that several people are using iPhones on ST with no problem.
