take it offline???? never received any emails....this place blows...so does straight talk...I'm so heated right now if I went to walmart I'd be swearing and making a huge scene...get your stuff together and hire english speaking people!!!! Verizon, at&t, everyone else might cost more, but it has to be worth it to save the agrivation
