Two phones, want to switch the numbers between them

my girlfriend hates her new straight talk phone and wants my straight talk phone, how do I switch the numbers between the two? They are both active so it won't allow my to do it online and I can usually never understand the reps

lies, all lies....havent received a email yet. Finally called and it turns out we would both have to wait a min.14days for the switch to happen and neither phone will have service till it goes through, yeah, nothing like wasting $$$ on that.....idiots

We have been with straightalk for several years but here recently we are really upset with it, I purchased a phone that was suppose to be like the one we have but it turns out that it isn't and we don't get the signal and it's been 4 days now that we have been without a phone because of activation problems, what's the problem people, luckly we have a land line phone but we can't call long distance and not all of our contacts have that number, really really really upset!
