Two days ago I noticed that 3G became disabled on my phone. I didn't think much of it because the service around here is horrible, but haven't ever had a problem. When I got home I decided I'd try Wifi connection to access the internet and that doesn't work either. No data at all. It connects to the router just fine, but won't even see my Mac or anything that I've networked it with in the past. If it's because of excessive data use that's one thing, but shutting down all data capabilities on it for that would seem a little extreme for exceeding the unknown limit on an unlimited plan. I guess advertising that there is a limit and that video streaming isn't allowed would make people shop elsewhere, at least I know it would for me. I should have stuck with the 1st straighttalk phone I bought 4 months ago I guess. I hope this problem gets fixed or I'll have to reactivate my Boost phone since it's cheaper in the long run and the service area is the same.
