Balance and Service End Date Not Showing

Balance and Service End Date Not Showing

Why are my balance and service end date not showing up either on my handset or under My Account? In fact my phone status on My Account is showing 'inactive' even though it works fine.
I'm on the All You Need plan. Shouldn't my balance and end date information be on my handset and/or My Account?

yea yours isnt showing and i cant get mine to go away ... go figure :shock:

I'm having the same problem i just got a SIM card for my Iphone 3gs the phone is working but nothing is showing on my account.
