Replacing a phone

Replacing a phone

Postby toyo68 » Fri Jan 13, 2012 5:23 pm

I order a phone from straight talk , the phone stop working they told me send it back to them and in 3 days they will ship me a new phone , so now they received my old phone but I still haven't received my phone or got a call , so when I called today they told me that it's in progress and it will be one to two weeks, I been without a phone for a month now, just bought a $45 card and only used 4 days of it. I don't think it's right that I have to be this long without a phone forced to use my son's phone. I been with straight talk since they came out down here , for them to treat me like this , thanks for nothing.
