Today was my end date to renew my monthly UNLIMITED SERVICE and I bought a service card. It was early morning, so I figured I had a little time... About 11:30 a.m., my employer stops at my house to tell me that when he calls MY phone number, a lady from TEXAS answers the phone !!!! SO using another phone that I gratefully have, I dial my STRAIGHT TALK number only to hear a nice little old lady FROM TEXAS answering the phone !!! I live in NEW YORK !!! WHY did STRAIGHT TALK give MY phone number with a NEW YORK area code to a lady in TEXAS ? Then as I am talking to that lady, she is on the phone with STRAIGHT TALK for nearly TWO HOURS trying to get answers to her questions resolved !!!! I have been on the phone with three different STRAIGHT TALK CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS wh*dont have a clue what they are doing !!! I still have NO SERVICE. My cell phone is used for BUSINESS and I am LOSING MONEY evry minute you people screw me out of ! This is the THIRD TIME YOUR COMPANY HAS MESSED MY PHONE, MY BUSINESS, AND MY PERSONALTIME UP !!!!! YOU ARE COSTING ME MONEY AND CAUSING ME A LOT OF STRESS AGAIN !!!! I am still sitting here with a USELESS PHONE and a 45 dollar service card to which there is NO PHONE TO APPLY IT TO !!!
