RESERVE

Last month when I added a $30..00 phone card, I was given the option of adding everything to my reserve. This month when I got down to about 16 minutes, I added another $30.00 card, but was not offered the reserve option. What do I need to the next time I add minutes and I still have remaining minutes? If anyone has the answer, please send me an email explaining everything. rsfeldmann@sbcglobal.net Thanks!

Hi Feldman. My name is StraightTalk Stephanie and I will be addressing your question. Everytime you will add minutes, the system will always prompt the option if you would like it to be added on your reserve or not. You have the option to add it directly or reserve the card. Once it is reserved, it will automatically be added on your phone on your service end date. I believe this answers your question. It's been a pleasure helping you. Have a good day.
