problem wih service

is anyone having a problem making or receiving calls or texts when their is still time left on their account and the service end date has not come yet?

cant get incoming calls...

i can not get incoming calls..i can make calls tho..when called from another number it says the costumer is unavailiable...help

I am having this same problem. First the service just completely quit... no calls in or out, no texts in or out, no web service. It says the number has been changed, disconnected, or is no longer in service. I still had 2 days of service time left, emailed customer service still no reply. Account says it is still active, but I can't use it. So I decided to add another service plan to it, all new just start over, phone still doesn't work, but they sure did accept my payment! Still saying the same thing. I am very disappointed, and sent another email to customer service and still NO REPLY! I want this issue solved ASAP! This is very poor business!
