Hello i ordered my phone with overnight shipping on friday at 8 pm wich is after your cutoff time and I am aware that you do not process shipments on saturdays or sundays and i am also aware that my order is in process what i need to know is why is it in proccess and how long will it be before i actualy get the phone. You have taken my money out of my bank already so i dont understand why its still processing

but if its overnight why not tommorrow?

I am glad to hear I am not the only one and have called called!and get a different story everytim I talk to someone!!!

Me too! And have called and talked to more people than ever and its a different story every time.

I am having the same issue... So frustrating as every rep I talk to has a different story... Have been told day after day something new...callback, its canceled, its waiting for your bank, it will ship tomorrow. I have heard it all in the last 3 days.

I ordered a phone on Friday and was sent a email with a order number. So I just went on to check my order and it says it doesn't exist and there is no order linked to my email address! WTF
