Account Charged, Order Canceled By Straight talk, No refund

My name is Kris. I order an IPhone XR with a $45 service pin online. I was charged instantly and got my order confirmation email. Approximately at 4:06 am the next morning I received an email stating my order was canceled successfully. How can I cancel or even approve a cancel while I’m sleeping. I have not received a refund. I can’t seem to talk to any human being on why it was canceled. I’m highly agitated and want either my order or my refund. Highly unsatisfied and Highly upset
