Lost refill card

I recently purchased a refill card at Walmart in which I can not find. I have my receipt and was told by Walmart there is nothing they can do so now I'm asking here. If anyone knows how to fix this please help

I can't activate my Straight Talk phone because the service PIN is unreadable after scratch off. Someone please help me.
