I posted a question earlier today but it never showed up. My hotspot sim was inactivated after only a year. I went to Walmart to purchase a new ST sim kit and I get the message:

The serial number/phone number you entered does not belong to Straight Talk phone, please check your serial number / phone number and try again."
What can I do about this?
