Bought a ZTE hotspot last year. We are trying to survive following the hurricane here in Louisiana...no internet or landline. I plug my hotspot in the generator to charge and when I pull up my ZTE on my account I get this message: Our records show that the SIM card number entered no longer can be used
Is there a way around this that doesn’t involve having to buy or get another SIM? If I have to wait or buy another sim, forget it. I don’t understand why it’s already inactive.
