ACCIDENTALLY Scratched off my Service PIN

Hello Currently in the middle of setting up my device and I accidentally scratched the PIN my Whole 15 Digit PIN is not legible. Therefore my activation cannot be completed PLEASE HELP. PLEASE I still have the card itself, bar code is in tact literally missing the first 4 numbers -_- PLEASE HELP THIS IS CRUCIAL!!
