While trying to activate a phone purchased at walmart, we receive messages that the serial number is invalid. We have made several trips to the store and everything was scanned properly and the serial numbers are correct. ST customer support will do nothing but send us back to the store claiming that the issue was how the phone was scanned. I see a lot of posts on here about this same issue, but the solution is always to take the chat offline... can someone help with this? it seems as though we were sold an invalid straighttalk phone by a straightalk distributor.
