VoLTE Help

Hi I cannot use any other data related functions on my NOTE 5 while using the phone. I know it is because VoLTE is not enabled on my Phone. This was previously a verizon phone and is VoLTE compatible and was VoLTE enabled with Verizon.

Ineed to enable HD Voice and Video Calling for VoLTE to work, when i go to: Settings>Advanced Calling>HD Voice and Video Calling. this option is grayed out, when i try to select it i get a message
(Your Video Calling Service on your account was turned off. Please contact customer service to have the service turned on.)

I don't need to text the key word HELP to 611611 to view your self-service menu with a list of help key words with valuable information. That doesn't help me at all. I just need result based answers is this to much to ask????
