SIM card no longer viable??

SIM card no longer viable??

Postby GGrizz » Mon May 04, 2020 2:21 pm

Hello! I tried to reactivate my phone today, which is a straight talk phone, and it said the SIM card number entered can no longer be used. I don't want to get a new phone, and I already bought a plan for the number on this phone thinking that it would reactivate it. Is there a way to reactivate this SIM card?

Good morning,

I was using my phone normally and after a WIFI video call, my phone now is saying my SIM card is now invalid. I have been using the same phone for over 2 years, so I don't see how it could be a true SIM card error.

Thanks
