Unbelievable- no service

Wow, what a nightmare you guys have caused me.

I had to factory reset my phone (iphone 6s). Then I changed my phone number through straight talk. It activated for a few hours, then DEACTIVATED AGAIN. You say to call you, but how can I call you when MY PHONE DOESN'T HAVE SERVICE. I tried reactivating my SIM, my phone, everything. I turned it off and on many many times. Nothing works. I even made a new Apple ID in case my old number was associated with the phone. It's on your network, but nope, nothing! I even just paid off my Smartpay lease yesterday. Your chat doesn't even work, so I had to spend an hour figuring out how to get in touch with you.

You guys need to fix my phone.

You guys are ridiculous.
