Help Entering a Promo Code

So they recently started a promotion where you can get 5000 extra points for renewing and it's time for me to reup my card anyway, but when I get to the screen that I put in my card info and see the bill summary with the big "Process Payment" option. I cannot find anywhere on the site to enter the code they gave me. Where is this option at so that I can put in my promo code for these extra points?
