I ordered a phone and plan yesterday, 04/12/20. However, I never received a confirmation email. I was concerned that maybe I entered my email incorrectly but when I went to retrieve my order number using "Forgot Order Number" I made sure to enter my address correctly and thus it came back saying that they sent a reminder email to the address provided. Therefor, I must have entered my email correctly. But I still never received an email about an order number. I did this twice, once yesterday and another today. Still nothing. I know the order went through as it is showing up on my credit card.

Another thing to add when originally registering for this forum I used the same email I placed the order with and never received an activation email. I had to re-register under another email account.

I don't know if the issue is on Straight Talks end or my email provider but, also, when I went to simply add my email to the mailing list I did get that email, so I don't understand.

All things being that, all I want is an order number. Can someone help? Thank you.
